İpek Koçhisarlı

İpek Koçhisarlı is an M.Sc. student at the Department of Computer Engineering, Ege University. After starting her academic path in Chemical Engineering at Izmir Institute of Technology, she transitioned to software engineering and earned her B.Sc. degree in Computer Software Engineering from Manisa Celal Bayar University.

Prior to pursuing her Master's degree, she worked extensively in the industry as a mobile application and data engineer, specializing in scalable architectures, data pipelines, and cross platform software development. Her research interests include machine learning, medical image processing, medical and biomedical AI applications, and AI assisted software engineering.

She is particularly interested in interdisciplinary research within the BIOREGE research group, bridging diverse engineering background with machine learning and data driven technologies to develop advanced healthcare and biomedical solutions.
